The reason I am writing you is to tell you you have some amazing people working there. Numerous times over the years I have been in need of advice or parts. When I need parts Kris in your parts department has in my opinion gone above and beyond to get us what we need as quickly as humanly possible. Going as far as assembling a head pulley for my plant so I can have it air freighted to Alaska and install it immediately without anymore steps or down time then necessary. Recently I had some questions about adding stackers to my plant and Ken in your hydraulics department has always answered my text and phone calls with spot on advice and trouble shooting help. Here at CGP we pride ourselves on going above and beyond for our customers. This is very much not normal here in Alaska. Customer service up here is horrible really. So when we find a company such as RD Olson Mfg we stick with them. Keep up the awesome work and give Ken and Kris a slap on the back for making RD Olson our go to company for parts and advice for our screening equipment. Again Thank you
